As a Sioux Falls-based portrait and wedding photographer, I have had the pleasure of capturing countless love stories, each unique and special in its own way. Recently, I had the honor of photographing a breathtaking fall wedding at the scenic 5 Family Ranch in Marshall, MN. This unforgettable celebration boasted a charming rustic/boho theme that perfectly complemented the warm, sunny, and slightly windy fall day.

Grace and Jacob were wonderful to work with and it was so much fun to photograph their wedding day celebrating with their closest family/friends. My favorite parts of wedding days are the little in-between moments. For example, after the couple is pronounced married, they share a kiss and then walk back up the aisle. Before they start a receiving line, there is a single moment where the couple looks at one another with an “Oh my goodness! We are married!” expression. It’s one of the best of the whole day! You’ll have to watch out for that sliver of joy at the next wedding you attend!
